PARKING/GARAGE:
Garage is FREE but MUST be RESERVED BEFORE confirming your RESERVATION. SMALL CARS ONLY *We are used to CHECK IN UNTIL 12AM and CHECK OUT EARLY MORNING, this is not at all inconvenient for us. Let us know the day before your check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation has up to 48 hours, after purchase cancellation fee, 1 (one) day before or on the same day. 100% fine if 7 (seven) days before check-in date.
Refund made via account/bank transfer within 3 days of cancellation.
Reservation confirmed only upon payment of 50%, made directly by bank transfer and the remainder paid in cash or debit card at check-in.
If you opt for credits to be used on future trips with a validity period of up to 6 months, you can make a free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in without any fine being charged (with the exception of the day of check-in and public holiday weeks). ).
When done, the cancellation rules will apply if canceled again.
