HOUSE CONCEPT:  
A SIMPLE HOUSE BUT WE HAVE THE HUGE SATISFACTION TO RECEIVE YOU
Whether for one night or as many nights as necessary. We believe you will be happy here as we do our best to make YOU feel at home and comfortable. 
The Italian Garden House, has a different concept of hosting and seeks to provide everyone who participates with their stay, with harmony and satisfaction. Similar to a HOSTEL, but with BEDROOMS and PRIVATE BATHROOMS.
Some areas are shared, such as the kitchen and TV room. WE DON'T HAVE TV in the bedroom because we believe that sharing a SOFA is making new friends, the world needs more interactivity so we prefer not to add  TV in the bedrooms.
External leisure area is also shared   where you can make your reservation for the use of the barbecue, if you prefer to use it. 
Kitchen, has basic utensils and are available for use as a stove, refrigerator,microwave, plates, cups, cutlery, pan and others.
We like to maintain friendships with our neighbors, so noises after 22:00 (hours) will not be allowed.

Our parking lot accommodates few cars, so you need to check availability before making your reservation, if necessary.
